Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the independent restaurant Farm & Harper (‘Restaurant’)and its customers. By dining at the Restaurant, patrons agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before making a reservation or dining at the Restaurant.

Reservations and Orders

1. Reservation Policy: The Restaurant operates on a reservation basis. It is recommended to make a reservation in advance to ensure availability. Walk-in customers will be accommodated based on availability.
2. Ordering Policy: For takeaway or delivery orders, customers can place their orders either in-person or through our designated ordering channels. The Restaurant reserves the right to limit order quantities depending on availability.

Dining Experience

1. Health and Safety: The Restaurant adheres to the highest health and safety standards to ensure the well-being of its customers. Customers are expected to comply with any health and safety guidelines, including those related to COVID-19, specified by the Restaurant.
2. Arrival Time: Customers are requested to arrive promptly for their reservations. The Restaurant will hold the table for a grace period of 15 minutes after the reservation time, after which it may be released to other customers.
3. Dress Code: The Restaurant kindly requests customers to dress appropriately. Any customers deemed to be dressed inappropriately may be refused entry.
4. Service Charge: A discretionary 10% service charge may apply to the final bill. This charge goes directly to the staff who have provided exceptional service. It is non-compulsory, and customers may request its removal if desired.
5. Alcohol Policy: The Restaurant operates under a responsible alcohol service policy. Customers must be of legal drinking age to purchase alcoholic beverages, and the Restaurant reserves the right to request proof of age.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

1. Reservation Changes: Customers can request changes to their reservations based on availability. The Restaurant will try its best to accommodate such requests but does not guarantee availability.
2. Cancellation Policy: The Restaurant kindly requests that customers provide a reasonable notice for cancellation or rescheduling of a reservation. Failure to do so may result in future reservations being declined.

Liability and Disputes

1. Liability Limitation: The Restaurant is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings on its premises. Customers are responsible for their belongings at all times.
